14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Used items
• Items damaged through misuse
• Items returned without prior authorization
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
